Membership Application Instructions
● 入会流程 Application Procedures
1. 填写入会申请表，连同下列需要提交的资料，寄回秘书处。
Fill out the membership application form and send back to our office together with other application documents as shown below.
2. 秘书处通知审核结果。
Membership will be considered and results will be notified by the secretarial office.
3. 缴纳会费，成为正式会员。
Membership will be confirmed once the membership fee is received.
● 需要提交的资料 Application Documents
1. 入会申请表，填写完毕后加盖贵单位公章并请代表签字。
Membership application form with the required seal and signature.
2. 贵单位营业执照或登记证的副本复印件，加盖有贵单位公章。
A photocopy of your business license or certificate with organization seal.
3. 贵单位商标的高清图片电子文档。
A high-quality digital file of your organization’s logo or brand.
● 会费 Membership Fees
■ 副会长单位：人民币 30,000元/年
Vice President: RMB 30,000 / year
■ 理事单位： 人民币10,000元/年
Director: RMB 10,000 / year
■ 会员单位： 人民币5,000元/年
Member: RMB 5,000 / year
